Non-refundable hotel bookings only

Can’t go anymore?Don’t lose your booking.

Can’t make your trip for some reason? Maybe we can help. We work directly with hotels and our supplier network to rebook, transfer or recover value from prepaid hotel reservations that the booking site says are lost.

What we try to achieve

  • ✓Move your stay to new dates at the same hotel
  • ✓Transfer the booking to another traveler
  • ✓Secure a credit for a future stay
  • ✓Negotiate a partial or full refund where the hotel agrees
Every case is reviewed personally. Results depend on the hotel and are not guaranteed.
! Before you cancel: don’t cancel a non-refundable booking yourself. Once it is cancelled, it usually can no longer be moved or transferred. Contact us first — the more time left before check-in, the more we can do.
The problem

“Non-refundable” usually means a 100% loss

When a prepaid booking can’t be used, most travelers simply lose the money. Booking sites rarely step in, and travelers have no direct line to the hotel’s reservations or revenue team. Industry relationships make the difference.

Visa delays or refusals

The trip depends on a visa that didn’t arrive in time.

Health reasons

Illness or a medical issue means you can’t travel.

Work or family changes

A new schedule, a business commitment or a family matter.

Plans simply changed

An event was cancelled or the trip no longer makes sense.

How it works

Four steps, handled personally

No automated promises. We tell you honestly what is realistic before anything is done.

Send your booking

Free case review

We check the rate terms and the hotel’s situation and tell you which options are realistic.

We negotiate

We contact the hotel and our partner network to arrange new dates, a credit, a transfer or a refund.

Written outcome

You receive the agreed result in writing. If nothing can be done, we tell you clearly.

Bookings we have rescued

Istanbul · January 2026

$700 recovered in full

A U.S. traveler held a non-refundable booking with a 100% cancellation penalty. We transferred the booking to a new guest on identical terms, and she was able to stay at the hotel she actually preferred.

Full $700 recovered · hotel kept the booking
Marmaris · July 2025

Five-star stay, about $1,400 less

A guest had to cancel a non-refundable all-inclusive stay. We transferred the same room, meal plan and dates to a new traveler, who paid about $1,400 below the market rate.

Original guest recovered value · new guest saved
Bodrum · July 2024

Peak-season resort at about 50%

A fully prepaid peak-season booking at a five-star resort could not be used. We arranged its transfer, and the new guest stayed at roughly half the standard market price.

Loss reduced · stay completed without issue
Why it works

A result that works for everyone

A rescued booking is not a loss shifted to someone else — it is a room that would otherwise sit empty, put back to use.

Original traveler

Recovers value

Instead of losing the full prepayment, you recover some or all of it, or keep it as credit.

New traveler

Pays less

When a booking is transferred, the incoming guest can secure the room on favorable terms.

Hotel

Keeps the guest

The room stays occupied and the hotel keeps the revenue and the relationship.

What to do the moment you know you can’t go

1

Don’t cancel it yourself

A cancelled non-refundable booking usually can’t be moved or transferred anymore. Keep it active until a solution is found.

2

Act before check-in

Almost every solution has to be arranged before the arrival date. The earlier, the better.

3

Keep your documents

Save the confirmation, the payment receipt and any proof of why you can’t travel — for example a visa refusal or a doctor’s note.

4

Check your travel insurance

Some policies cover non-refundable hotel costs. A claim and a rescue can sometimes work together.

FAQ

Questions travelers ask

Is a result guaranteed?

No. Every outcome depends on the hotel’s policies, occupancy and willingness to agree. We tell you honestly what is realistic before we start.

What does it cost?

Reviewing your booking is free. If a solution is possible, any service fee is agreed with you in writing before we take any action.

Do I need to have booked through you?

No. We review bookings made on major booking sites, through travel agencies or directly with the hotel.

As early as possible. Options narrow quickly as the check-in date approaches, and most solutions are only possible before arrival.

Which destinations do you cover?

Our strongest hotel relationships are in Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, with partner coverage in other destinations. Send us your booking and we’ll tell you.
